When is the Festival’s Big Weekend?

8-10 February 2019


What are the trading hours for exhibitors?

Friday 12pm - 7pm (Food Vendors 9pm)

Saturday 10am - 6pm (Food Vendors 8pm)

Sunday 10am - 6pm


How can I apply?

Complete an Expression of Interest Form. SLF will then review your submission and send you full exhibitor application details once you have been accepted.


How much does it cost?

Exhibiting costs vary according to your type of organisation and size. Once you have completed your Expression of Interest form a member of our team will be in contact with you to provide you with a full quote.


What is the selection process?

SLF will review your application based on a set criteria, with the aid of positive and negative screening tools, and input from community groups with the required authority. Please read the Festival criteria carefully before applying.


How long will the selection process take?

A member of SLF's Exhibitor team will contact you in October once you have submitted an Expression of Interest.

Can I sell items to the public?

Yes, you are permitted to sell items at your exhibitor space.

What can I sell?

SLF is seeking exhibitors who are promoting leading products and services relating to sustainability. All food vendors must sell vegetarian or vegan food at the Festival. You are required to provide the Festival organisers a copy of your menu for the Festival for approval.

What additional services are available?

Services including furniture, power and water are available at additional cost.

Do I need a food permit from Melbourne City Council?

Yes. Please ensure you have all the necessary paperwork completed.
